Terms of service
Version 2026-09-full
Last updated: 25 September 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of DayInFlow, provided by AMZSTRATEGY LLC, Company ID / Registration Number 2026-002043679, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: support@dayinflow.com. The Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds page and, for business customers, the Data Processing Agreement complete these Terms.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
A person who creates an organization confirms they have the power to bind it. Each member uses a personal account tied to their own email; sharing credentials is not allowed. The user must have the necessary legal capacity or the authorization of whoever holds it. If a local rule recognizes non-derogable consumer rights, these Terms do not limit them. The organization is responsible for the activities of members to whom it grants access.
2. The service
DayInFlow allows configuring availability and events, publishing booking pages, assigning hosts, managing appointments, sending confirmations and reminders and, according to the plan and the integrations actually available, connecting calendars, video calls, payments and automations. Features shown as future, not yet enabled, on trial or dependent on external approvals are not promised as available to everyone. Applicable documentation and the interface describe current limits, quotas and operational steps.
The organizer is responsible for the accuracy of availability, prices of their consultations, descriptions, questions to invitees, hosts, time zones and contacts. Confirmation of a booking does not guarantee that a professional service will actually be provided by the organizer. DayInFlow is not part of the professional relationship between organizer and invitee.
3. Account, security and authorizations
The owner and administrators manage accesses and purchased seats; team managers and hosts operate within assigned limits. Each person must protect their own access credentials, use correct addresses and notify us promptly if they suspect compromise. We may request verification of email, card or further proportional checks for sensitive actions. We may limit abusive or suspicious access to protect users and the platform, communicating the reason when possible and lawful.
4. Plans, trial, seats and renewal
The Free, Pro and Full plans, per-seat prices, quotas and features are those shown at the time of order, with currency, taxes and periodicity indicated before confirmation. A seat corresponds to a member enabled according to the rules of the plan. To trial a paid plan a valid card and a technical verification may be required; any temporary authorization, if provided by the payment provider, is explained at checkout and does not equal the consideration of a subscription. The trial lasts 15 days if so indicated at checkout. Unless canceled before expiration, at the end of the trial the subscription and all seats added in the meantime become billable at the communicated price; seats share the same renewal date of the organization.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until canceled. It is possible to cancel renewal from the account area; paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not impose cancellation paths more burdensome than the subscription. A monthly Pro→Full switch may activate immediately without additional charge for the remaining days, with the new price from renewal; in the annual plan the upgrade entails the pro rata charge communicated before confirmation. Reduction of seats and downgrades apply according to the rules and dates shown in the account area, without silently deactivating members.
5. Insolvency, suspension and deletion
If a payment fails, the owner may update the payment method. A period of 7 days is provided to regularize; then the organization may be suspended for 30 days, with administrative access limited to payment, card update and export. New bookings are blocked and the public page may indicate that the calendar is suspended. Appointments already confirmed are not automatically canceled; their management in the app remains limited until the balance is regularized. Reminders are interrupted at the end of the 30-day suspension and are not recovered retroactively. After suspension there is a further 30-day period to export data, then operational deletion, without prejudice to what is required by law.
In case of downgrade to Free or from Full to Pro, data and configurations beyond the limits of the new plan remain retrievable for 30 days and may then be deleted. The customer must choose how to reduce seats when necessary; we do not automatically select members to remove. Voluntary deletion of the organization provides 7 days of possible restoration. Detailed retention rules are in the Privacy Policy and on the Subscriptions page.
6. Customer content and data
The customer retains rights to the content they upload or enter and grants us the limited technical license necessary to host it, process it, display it to interested parties and provide the service. The customer warrants they can process and communicate invitees' data to us, that they have the required notices and consents and that they will not upload illegal or unnecessary content. We do not claim ownership of calendars, responses or invitee data. The customer may export available data according to the service functions and applicable windows.
7. Integrations, communications and AI
Connections to Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Stripe, Twilio or other services are optional or depend on the use case. The customer authorizes the specific permissions on the provider's screen; they may revoke the connection. Operation also depends on the availability, terms and approvals of the third party. DayInFlow does not guarantee third-party services outside its control. Transactional email and SMS must have lawful content and legitimate recipients; quotas and supported countries may vary by plan, provider availability and local rules.
The AI assistant can explain the service and help perform permitted actions. It does not replace a qualified person; the customer must check outputs and confirm operations that require it. Do not use the chat to enter passwords, secrets or unnecessary sensitive data. Limitations and human checks remain applicable even if the AI suggests an action.
8. Permitted use and intellectual property
The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right limited to the contract period to use DayInFlow according to the chosen plan. Software, trademarks, graphical elements and documentation remain the property of AMZSTRATEGY LLC or their respective owners. It is prohibited to circumvent quotas and security, access other customers' data, send spam, use the service for illegal activities or interfere with availability. The Acceptable Use Policy provides examples and procedures.
9. Availability, changes and liability
We commit to maintaining the service with reasonable care, but maintenance, bugs, network outages or external supplier disruptions may occur. We will communicate material changes to features or prices with reasonable notice, except for security urgencies or legal obligations. We do not guarantee a number of appointments, a commercial result, search engine ranking or the absolute absence of interruptions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data lost due to causes beyond our reasonable control. Our aggregate contractual liability for matters related to the service is limited to the amounts paid by the customer for DayInFlow in the 12 months preceding the event, except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, non-limitable legal violations, non-derogable obligations toward consumers and other liabilities that law does not allow to exclude. This clause does not limit remedies expressly provided by applicable laws.
10. Term, law and disputes
These Terms remain effective while the account or subscription are active. We may terminate or suspend the relationship for material breaches, non-payment or serious risk to other users, giving notice and an opportunity to remedy when appropriate. The contract is governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA, except for non-derogable consumer protection rules or other necessarily applicable provisions. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts according to applicable law; we do not impose mandatory arbitration or waiver of collective remedies here.
We may update the Terms; the new version and date will be published and material changes will be notified by appropriate means. Continued use after entry into force counts as acceptance to the extent permitted; where a new express acceptance is required, we will request it. For inquiries: support@dayinflow.com.
