Acceptable use policy

DayInFlow serves to organize legitimate appointments and communications. This policy applies to organizations, owners, administrators, members, developers who use the API and people who interact with booking pages.

It is not permitted to use the service for illegal activities, fraud, phishing, identity theft, harassment, unlawful discrimination, threats, distribution of malware, violation of others' rights, posting illegal sexual content or exploitation of minors. It is prohibited to collect data without a legal basis, impersonate another person, obtain access to an unauthorized workspace or calendar, bypass authentication, quotas or limits, perform scans or attacks without authorization, intentionally overload APIs or infrastructure, and resell access in violation of the contract.

2. Email, SMS e prenotazioni

Confirmation and reminder tools are intended for messages relevant to a booking. They must not be used for spam or unauthorized promotional campaigns. Before sending SMS, the organization must have the consent and the notices required by the laws and rules of the destination country, honor opt-out requests and not disguise sender, content or purpose. Country, number, sender and content restrictions of the provider remain applicable; the technical activation of a country does not prove that every message is lawful or deliverable.

Do not create artificial bookings, massively occupy others' availability or use automations to evade controls. Questions to invitees must be proportionate to the purpose of the appointment; do not ask for passwords, full payment card data or sensitive information that is not necessary in free-text fields.

3. Contenuti, integrazioni e AI

Those who configure events and pages are responsible for the texts, links, images and prices they publish. Integrations and webhooks must be connected to accounts that you are entitled to use and must not export data to unauthorized recipients. It is prohibited to use the AI assistant to elicit secrets, data of other companies or instructions to bypass the platform's controls. AI outputs do not authorize an action that would be prohibited if carried out manually.

4. Applicazione della policy

We may detect abuse through technical controls, reports and proportionate checks, without indiscriminately reviewing private content. In case of violation we may request corrections, limit a feature, suspend an account or terminate the contract; we intervene immediately if the risk is serious or the law requires it. When reasonably possible, we notify the owner and offer a way to contest via support@dayinflow.com. We may retain necessary evidence for security, protection of rights or legal obligations, within the limits of the Privacy Policy.
