Cookie Policy

Version 2026-09-full

Last updated: 25 September 2026

This page explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on dayinflow.com, on public booking pages and in the DayInFlow app. It is an integral part of the Privacy Notice.

1. What they are

Cookies are small pieces of data stored by the browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels and technical identifiers, can recognize a session or measure usage. Some are set by DayInFlow; others, when enabled, by third-party providers. The duration may be limited to the session or continue until the configured expiry. Completely blocking cookies in the browser may prevent access, booking or saving preferences.

2. Categories

Strictly necessary. They maintain logins, security, booking continuity, technical load balancing, abuse prevention and storage of the cookie choice. They are not used for advertising and do not require consent when they are indispensable to the requested service.

Preferences. When enabled, they remember language, time zone and interface settings. If not indispensable, they are enabled only according to the user's choice.

Analytics. They measure visits, pages, origin, errors and interactions to understand how to improve the service. Analytics that are not necessary are disabled until valid consent is given where required.

Marketing. They can measure campaigns and conversions or make ads on external platforms more relevant. They are not necessary to book and remain deactivated until valid consent is given, when required. Choosing to refuse them does not reduce essential functionality.

User-requested integrations. A video, a button or an embedded external service may have its own technologies. If an external function requires technologies that are not necessary, we will request consent before loading it, where applicable; alternatively you can open the provider's site directly.

3. Updated list of technologies

The site's «Preferenze cookie» panel presents the categories and, for each non-necessary technology actually activated, the provider, the purpose and the available duration. Analytics or marketing services, including any Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, are used only if configured and according to the applicable choices. We do not list here specific cookies that may not be present in the current configuration.

4. How to choose and change your mind

On first access, where requested, you can accept all optional cookies, refuse them all or choose by category. Refusal must be available with comparable ease to acceptance. You can review or withdraw consent at any time via «Preferenze cookie» in the site footer. Withdrawal operates for the future; it does not make unlawful processing already carried out on the basis of valid consent. You can also manage cookies and local storage in the browser settings, but this choice may not be automatically transmitted to all devices.

5. Customer booking pages

A booking page may contain the branding and content of the organization offering the event. DayInFlow governs the platform technologies; the organization remains responsible for any tracking or content it adds with external tools, within the limits of the allowed functions. If a page is embedded in another site, that site may also use its own cookies: consult its policy.

6. Updates and contacts

We may update the configuration when tools or providers change. Non-essential preferences are not automatically considered extended to new incompatible purposes: if necessary, we will ask for a new choice. For information: support@dayinflow.com. Data controller for the technologies managed by DayInFlow: AMZSTRATEGY LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
