Availability schedules and time zones

An availability schedule can be reused by several events. Each day can have several ranges, for example 9–12 and 14–18.
Date overrides replace or close a specific day. Each schedule has an IANA time zone (for example Europe/Rome): daylight saving changes are handled automatically and invitees see times in their own zone.
