The assistant answers using only published articles and the current plan catalog. It has no access to account, organization or booking data.
- Do not enter passwords, card data or codes.
- Conversations are kept for at most 30 days and you can delete them right away.
- If you ask for support, we create a ticket with the details you confirm and a summary of the conversation.
- Messages are not used to train external models.
