Every confirmation contains personal links to cancel or reschedule, in the invitee's language. Links expire according to the event rules.
From the appointment list, hosts open the detail and choose the action. The freed slot becomes available immediately and the history records who acted and when. For paid calls, refunds follow the event settings.
